 Supervise site progress and be sure that everything installed as per contract, BOQ and Specifications.
 Prepare material submittal, Schedules and checking project specifications.
 Prepare Method of statement for mechanical works.
 Prepare the technical Evaluation for each system.
 Prepare the Financial Evaluation for each system.
 Prepare Take-Off and BOQ for mechanical systems as per the latest approved drawings.
 Plan and mobilize the resources required for system installation.
 Monitor and analyze all the progress of the construction activities, identify any variances between the planned and actual progress and advise project management of their impact on the overall program.
 Reflect change order scope on the schedule and perform variance analysis
 Develop earned value reporting.
 Check and monitor Subcontractor Schedule
 Sending the required reports to the line manager and all concerned.
 Ensure that Take Off for the IFC drawings is conducted at site in coordination with the project team to ascertain that the quantities of material will be purchased at the proper project requirements and then to avoid having extra surplus material.
 Review the technical part of the purchase orders, to avoid purchasing unapproved material.

 Monitoring, identify and analysis projects costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the project at minimum cost and within budget limits.
 Reviewing all purchase orders for further verification.
 Using Earned Value Management concepts to rate site efficiency of
All disciplines.
 Preparing various reports to either look ahead (show delay) and SPI to either top management, engineering, procurement & site personnel.
 Monitoring and analysis all change orders (Variations).
 Monitor and analyze all the progress of the construction activities, identify any variances between the planned and actual progress and advise project management of their impact on the overall program.
 Develop S Curve for Engineering Effort, Procurement Progress and Construction Progress
 Plan and schedule all aspects of the project such as Engineering, Procurement, Submittals, drawing Construction, Testing & Commissioning and beyond, in coordination with all parties in the project.
 Review of all LPO’s for further verification in all terms, to make sure that the same is processed as per policy; this includes the review and verification of the criteria used to select a certain supplier (Comparison Sheet).
 Review the technical part of the purchase orders, to avoid purchasing unapproved material.
 Sending the required reports to the line manager and all concerned.
 Coordinate with the procurement department at the early stage of the project to have the maximum possible assessment of material available in the Central Stores utilized in the project throughout proper material submission process.
 Review the cost to complete & to ensure that all purchases are within the approved budget.
 Check and monitor Subcontractor Schedule
 Administer Subcontractor request of EOT.
 Supervise Timekeeper output, Equipment Records and Daily Manpower Reporting.
