July 2008 - August 2009: Working in Americana Trading, distribution, bakery and food service division as Planning and logistics coordinator.
In this time I was the first one who make a month plan for the meat factory then I was making the procurement plan for category with 162 SKUs' from 3 countries, analyze and amend the order accordingly
I was the SC department auditee for the internal audit December 2008
Aug 2006 to June 2008: Work in (AMERICANA MEAT DIVISION-KUWAIT) as
Production and product development supervisor, an internal Auditor, HACCP team member and internal trainer.
In that time I was working on new product development supervising 2/3 of meat division factory and achieve the set plan for that
I was responsible for training and orientation of the new members
I was also an internal auditor, HACCP team member in the team which implement ISO standard in meat division which took the ISO certificate, I have audited (MR, QC, IT, Sales, Finance and warehouse), and while I was working Acting production manager I was the auditee for the external company for the production department
I established an analytical program to aid in following up the establishments, auditors and make statistics for the auditing department
March & August 06: Work in MOMEN FACTORY in Egypt as quality control inspector

That time I was treating pet animal
