• Assisting in the monthly P&L.
• Control of paying accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.
• Preparing the monthly differences in cash report and sending to HR for making deduction from salaries of stores managers.
• Controlling the loans intrests.
• Making adjusting entries if there is any mixing by mistake between the cash and the cards sales.
• Stores visits for making an inspection and cash count.
• Participating on the inventory count.
• Matching of some vendors’ accounts.
• Paying the sales tax and the payroll tax monthly.
• Preparing the commercial registration, the tax ID, the certificate of the commercial chamber, writing the decisions of the board directors in the board of directors meeting book and adding new branches on the documents of the company.
