Financial Statements:
•Prepare financial statements (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow statement, Statement of owner equity)
•Prepare all reports requested by top management. Manage the team & distribute the work between the accountants.
•Work with auditors on all auditing requirements. Studies:
•Prepare studies for new projects and make presentations for top management about these studies.
•Coordinate with strategic planning department about costs & revenues for all current & studied projects to maintain the levels of costs within the expectations. Cash Management:
•Monitoring cash movements.
•Following up rents and any uncollected cash payments.
•Prepare cash reports for top managements.
•Following up Loans payments (principal & Interest) and keep good relations with the financial institutions.
