Responsible for all accounting functions for the Company.
Prepare and review various financial reports requested by Senior Management.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balances sheets & income statements.
Prepare Budgets Reports and Controlling on the expenditure.
Prepare detailed account analyses and reconciliations for internal accounting.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
General ledger accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and ensure expenditure control.
Bank reconciliations, monthly payroll returns, and payroll processing and all general ledger entries.
Prepare calculation (Income tax, sales tax, services taxes) and journal entries for monthly transactions.
Keep track of fixed assets and record for depreciation.
Tracking the implementation of policies and procedures established by the general administration in the financial system.
Dealing with and coordinating with all external audits

Purchasing/Materials Management - oversee the purchasing of all raw materials. Involve in determining monthly raw material pricing.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and ensure expenditure control.
Produce sales reconciliations, bank reconciliations, monthly payroll returns, and payroll processing and all general ledger entries.
Prepare calculation (Income tax, sales tax) and journal entries for monthly transactions.
Keep track of fixed assets and record for depreciation.
Inventory Control - responsible for the monthly accounting and reconciliation of all raw material and finished goods inventories. Calculate journal entries to account for inventory variances including cost and market values.
