Assisting customer to make money transfer covering most countries by various programs (western union, cash express, telex transfer), using national bond system (mudaraba). Follow up customer’s issues & solve it with concern dept. selling and purchasing foreign currencies in addition to making good deals proficiency.
Handling customers calls regarding of the bank products, A/C, C.C & Loans Enquiry, etc... .
Raise service request as per customer issue & forwarded to the concern department for resolving. In addition to offer some special products. Follow the bank policy and roles carefully
