Working at “AL-MUHALHEL CO.”, As Projects Engineer, “interior design and finishing scope”, my responsibilities are:

Consult with Client to determine objectives and theme of the project

Brainstormed design strategies with staff and prepared client presentations

Responsible for development of the project in Architectural Scope of - designing, finishing, budget and schedule

Clearly established design perimeters through a series of client meetings

Used graphic design programs to prepare 3-D versions of designs

Preparation of Drawings (Submission Drawings, Tender Drawings & Working Drawings)

Conducting meetings with Clients & Consultants

Checking & approving drawings from the responsible side

Visiting & Coordinating at the Site

Responsible for selection of materials, equipment, colors, and other components

Assist Project Manager in the administration of contracts and conduct the periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with Construction Documents

Preparation reports and evaluation regard to the projects

Ensured timely delivery of project materials

Worked at “Experience Center for Safety and Fire Protection's Consultants”, as an architect,
Ensuring systems and Designs of the buildings. As well, design the buildings complying with KFD regulations for all safety aspects and requirements. Also obtain necessary licenses and approvals. More over grant necessary advice to our clients.
