Marketing
• Coordinating Marketing Strategy and Execution of Exhibitor and Visitor Marketing plan
• Targeting appropriate exhibitors & visitors for each sector of the exhibition.
• Work with the marketing team on messages, themes and visuals.
• Collaboration with and guide the PR agency about the exhibition messages in the press to emphasize both political and commercial concerns.
• Supervise the handling of qualitative and quantitative data bases.
• Liaison, coordination and collaboration with partners and associations.
Sales Management
• Review and analyze weekly sales reports with sales managers/directors and initiate action for achieving foretasted budget.
• Drive through the achievement of their own sales revenue/profit targets by ensuring the sales managers have a clear understanding of their own targets and have the skills and ability to deliver results.
• Implement the sales process through defined objectives and activity based plans to ensure maximum growth and profitability.
• Set up and monitor a sales and activity reporting process to ensure that the targets as defined for each exhibition are achieved on time and within budget.
• Managing the worldwide agent network and motivate to achieve common goal.
• Hold regular sales meetings with the company’s management in order to monitor staff targets and productivity and ensure the exhibition is operating towards target
• Attend competitive events within each vertical and associated market to keep to date with competitor activity, identify potential clients, and network with existing clients ultimately to support the achievement of revenue targets.

• Specially appointed as Director to launch SITL show in Dubai in 2009.
• Successfully managed Airport Show in 2010, Home Land Security Show, International Exhibition for Security & National Resilience (ISNR) in 2012 and Aluminium Show in 2013.
