▪ Managing the relationship with suppliers to enhance operation and cost efficiently, improve logistics and supply chain plans through Continuous Excellency Program “CEP”
▪ Driving a digital transformation journey while providing supply chain optimization solution through ERP/WMS “ORACLE fusion” cloud base - 6 models:

▪ Reengineering the end to end supply chain for the project,

▪ Conducting on-site visits to oversee the compliance of the operational team with the procedures & the regulations.
▪ Developing and Maintaining business relationship with the stakeholders,
▪ Attending C-level management meetings to manage the overall project risk exposure & performance.

▪ Managing a team of 30 employees, being responsible for the regional supply chain activity of the company.
▪ Managing a regional annual procurement budget of 80 million $,
▪ Setting up the regional procurement projections based on the sales forecast of each country,
▪ Develop relationships with suppliers, shippers and Clearance companies,
▪ Negotiating weekly, monthly & seasonal contract prices with suppliers,
▪ Managing inventory of purchased product to ensure proper cycle of the stock,
▪ Resolve any shipping or delivery claims in a timely and efficient manner,
▪ Identify new sourcing opportunities & product/packaging development,
▪ Assuring product quality and quantity as per the company standards,
▪ Review, Modify the supply chain procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of the end to end regional activity,
▪ Assigned Ports- Chittagong, East and South India ports, Bangladesh & EAS
▪ Controlling the compliance of the agreement signed between the Headquarter and the agent,
