• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Maintaining the database by entering and verifying orders as well as assigning bookings to different drivers and cleaners.
• Managing between the operations team and the customer support team and ensuring if specific orders are eligible for refunds.
• Working closely with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing on supplies and services required for operations.
• Suggesting strategic application opportunities by reviewing existing systems and recognizing enhancement possibilities.
• Resolving customer service inquiries by researching solutions or escalating issues as needed.
• Analyzing customer feedback data to identify areas for improvement in the operations process.
• Exporting timesheets from the system and reviewing them precisely to share with suppliers for invoice issuance.
• Performing maintenance on pipelines.
• Designing and implementing modifications to existing piping systems in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Preparing piping MTO and calculating exact rates, volumes, and pressure drops.
• Researching industry trends to develop innovative solutions that reduce operating costs while increasing production output.
• Reviewing vendor drawings and specifications before ordering equipment or materials needed for a project.
• Developing technical drawings and schematics for piping systems using AutoCAD software.
• Undertaking research on the challenges and risks in drilling deep offshore wells through salt layers.
• Assisting project teams with research, data collection, and administrative tasks.
• Getting familiar with the activities undertaken and risks faced in Block 4 offshore Lebanon.
• Presenting research findings and project updates clearly and concisely to team members.
