•Prepare sales kits for each project as per marketing and communication guidelines
•Pursue leads generated by marketing campaigns
•Conduct meetings with project presentation and organize site visits
•Liaise with architects and legal advisors on offers and contracts

•Meet and assist clients with their needs and prepare a complete customized file on floor plans amendments, materials, and other special requirements

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and managing the marketing activities of all exhibitions in Lebanon (Project Lebanon, MENA Games Conference & Exhibition, EU Cooperation Days…)
• Conduct local, regional and international market research including competitor analysis
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities
• Provide Project Managers with strategic recommendations and business ideas
• Manage direct marketing, media and social media campaigns
• Provide assistance and guidance to account executives
• Work closely and establish winning communications practices with project managers and account managers
• Liaise with the creative department to ensure that the visuals reflect the positioning of the events
• Develop various materials targeting sponsors, exhibitors and visitors: brochures, presentations, press releases, press kits etc.
• Establish sound relationships with VIP partners and clients and key organizations
• Ensure consistency and follow up on the design, development and printing of marketing and promotional materials including printed materials, online presence, publications & media relations
• Manage and coordinate media activities: TV, radios, newspapers and magazines
• Manage and monitor daily archiving system for Lebanon’s shows news versus market competitors
• Constantly improve the branding and positioning of the exhibitions in the various communications channels and activities: public relation, media relation…
• Prepare and communicate a monthly report on the activities and coverage of competitive events
Fully leading the planning and execution of five major events in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia “Project Lebanon”, “Saudi Print & Pack”, “Saudi Plastics & Petrochem”, “Makinat Saudi Arabia” and “Saudi Build” from a marketing perspective
