• Provide technical support and Assistant to Sales, procurement, and estimation departments.

• Respect the Companys health, safety and environment policy, procedures, regulations and ensure that they are effectively implemented.
• Responsible for the timely preparation and approval of all submittals, shop drawings, development of method statements and all necessary progress reports for the projects.
• Dealing with Local and International suppliers and finalizing orders technically and commercially.
• Responsible for optimizing the allocated manpower, material, and equipment for assigned projects.
• Monitor the progress of works at sites, pointing out delays and advising as required.
• Supervise the manufacturing work to ensure that fabrication, technical and quality requirements are met.
• Follow up with the workshop manager that plant, equipment tools trucks and vehicles are properly maintained and inspected.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of required site forms including all Material delivery notes, Master Labor Card, Daily Activity Report, and information to meet the Personnel needs.
• Timely closure of internal and external Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), safety violations and field memorandums.
• Generate and circulate workflow charts, authority matrices, organization chart and procedure to the projects teams to ensure clarity of responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Conduct preset and documented coordination, technical and progress meetings with contractors/consultants/clients to ensure the project activities are on schedule.
• Responsible for transfer of excess material from sites to the central stores.
• Submit monthly payments and ensure that they are received from the customer in accordance with contract conditions.
• Identify and scope any additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract.
• Provide technical advice for any change of design at project sites to projects teams, consultants and contractors.
• Eliminate waste in all forms including labor, materials, plants and staff.
• Identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the projects.
• Identify all requirements and specifications of the projects with cooperation of projects Teams.
• Review and approve all purchase orders to procure items that are needed in the projects.
• Follow up the pre-handover of the projects and make sure that all remarks by consultant are met and solved.
• Organizing, Evaluating and following up the Site QC Inspection teams and their reports.
• Finding solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of material, obstacles on site.
• Inspect works on site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to specifications, requirements and safety standards.
• Ensure all workshop systems and procedures like invoicing, warranty, cost estimation etc are supported with appropriate paperwork and forwarded to the concerned department for processing and provides guidance and training to fabricator to foster a productive and efficient team.

ADVANCED BUSINESS COMPANY (AABCO) - DUBAI, Preparing of Structural Design and shop drawing, Bar Bending Schedule and Steel Management for Several Projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Qatar and France. Main Responsibilities:
• Carry out Civil and Structural engineering designs independently with reference to international codes and local legislation.
• Follow up with the team of structural engineers during the preparation of drawings for construction.
• Reviews the Structural drawings done by draftsman and ensure its accuracy and provides guidance where necessary.
• Co-ordinate with other departments during the various stages of the production cycle.
• Reading & understanding Architectural and design drawings and make the co-ordination between all MEP, Architectural and Design drawings.
• Preparation of daily activities and analyzing.
• Independently develop methods and solutions for engineering problems; selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the project objectives.
• Prepare and issues specifications, data sheets, design notes and other technical and construction documents.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Designers, Drafters, new engineers and lower level.
• Coordinate daily the supporting staff assigned under his direct control, ensuring constant supervision and quality control.
• Review and approve submittal shop drawings.
• Distribution of work between the engineers and follow-up daily.
• Co-ordination with the contractors/consultant for approval of drawings and prepare RFIs if required.
• To ensure that all relevant technical information is available to the engineering team at a zero-defect level.
• Preparing daily/weekly progress report to measure the productivity of every team.
