1. Subcontracts Administrative Management (SAM):
Automates subcontracting processes, generates contracts in compliance with FIDIC standards, variation orders, and payment certificates. Real-time tracking of KPIs ensures streamlined subcontract management, keeping projects on time and within budget.
2. Tendering Operations Manager (TOM):
Simplifies resource allocation, standardizes BOQ formulas for quick tender awards. Manages tender files, BOQs, and proposals, expediting the tendering process and providing detailed reports, saving time and costs.
3. Purchasing Administrative Management (PAM):
Streamlines material management by synchronizing project sites, procurement, and central warehouses. Handles requisitions, purchase orders, deliveries, and provides real-time insights into stock status, preventing delays and disruptions.
These cutting-edge solutions enhance efficiency, transparency, and control throughout contracting and construction operations.

In this pioneering green energy project, I served as a Contract Administrator and Support Engineer. My role was pivotal in managing the EPC project under the guidelines of the FIDIC Silver Book, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the subcontractor's execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managed subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with EPC project specifications and client objectives.
2. Facilitated communication between the client and subcontractor, resolving conflicts and maintaining project timelines.
3. Contributed to the development of the KE SCADA system for enhanced plant performance monitoring.
4. Provided technical support for on-site engineers and oversaw the solar farm’s operations and maintenance.
This role advanced my skills in EPC project management, technical support, and application of the FIDIC Silver Book in contract administration.
At SEG's Planut Project, I’ve worked in administering contracts in compliance with FIDIC red book, and have led a team of Quantity Surveyors in Cameroon. My role focused on ensuring compliance with contract terms and overseeing efficient project execution.

a) Contract Expertise: Handled and administered contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC standards.
b) Quantity Surveying Leadership: Oversaw precise material estimations and quantity assessments, key to budget management and cost control.
c) Subcontractor Supervision: Managed subcontractors to ensure project alignment with contractual commitments and quality standards.
d) Accurate Reporting: Regularly produced detailed KPI reports for transparent and comprehensive project tracking.

- Overseeing site works, including Geo-technical and Geological aspects.

- Ensuring all materials used and work performed adhere to specifications.
