- Provide technical expertise to successfully meet various business objectives and deadlines
- Coordinate and lead I.T. projects relating to system maintenance and/or integration of new technologies or enhancements with existing systems
- Participate in multiple phase long-term projects providing technical expertise and guidance to other team/project members
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight regarding operating systems, database management systems, and resource security software on mainframe, servers, and associated storage devices
- Directs and/or oversees evaluations, testing, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining system software and/or hardware
- Serves as business liaison to analyze business systems’ existing and proposed requirements, processes, data, and cost/benefit feasibility
- Coordinates the installation and maintenance of communication equipment and services including cabling, switcher, routers, hubs, voice and data circuits, video, and wireless technology
- Oversees and/or analyzes, designs, tests, and implements processes and techniques involving the protection and defense of digital information which is electronically stored or transmitted
- Participates in the research, review, and preparation of requests for proposals and/or bid specifications for hardware and/or software purchases
- Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts.
- Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs.

- Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan.
- Understand and influence the customers decision making process and lead the customer to positive decisions on sales proposals and manage all customer engagements to a successful conclusion.
