Served 21 years in the same organization and helped growing the business and expanding its footprint across the region. Major role was to provide leadership and management and take responsibility of the day- to-day running of various departments. Focused on building up strategies and developing programs that deliver efficiencies while playing a leading role in the mobilization, development and implementation of robust operational processes.

Core business was to provide HR and life support services majorly to US Military, US Defense companies and high end commercial sector in support to their projects and missions within the Gulf region. My role was to manage and run both offices in Kuwait and Qatar besides the remote offices in the neighborhood countries ensuring our strategies are adhered to, operation practice is streamlines and budgets are well sustained.
Duties:
• Structuring short term and long term strategies, forecast, objectives and budgets.
• Develop marketing plan and feasibility studies.
• Assist in setting up company's manual to include but not limited to KPIs, salaries scale, grading system and organization structure.
• Assist in developing and maintaining International Organization for Standardization and Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Service (ISO & OHSAS).
• Directing various business departments to ensure the smooth running of the company.
• Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes.
• Training and leading a large team, providing discipline and performance feedback.
• Developing positive direct relationships with key business contacts.
• Possessing personality, energy & charisma to inspire, lead and develop staff.
• Analyzing complex data and documentation.
• Evolving company's identity and sustaining its image.
• Assist in the recruitment process and mentoring of new staff.
• Responsible for achieving all performance related targets.
• Ensuring that best practice is followed in safety, legality and quality of service.
• Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Undertaking staff performance reviews.
• Mapping work flow to serve as a virtual representation of actual work.
• Ensure that our business processes and procedures are attuned to host nation rules and regulations and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) of State Department.
