Liaise and coordinate between main warehouse and site
• Make sure all materials delivered on time to site
• Supervise the store team on site and report any discrepancies
• Follow with subcontractors onsite and make sure they are receiving their materials on proper manner
• Work with site engineers as well and make sure all process is going properly
• Supervise and support all other areas on site
• Liaise with logistics and transport department
• Manage and maintain record for 3 drum yards
•Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, industry trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
•Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and capacity.
•Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
•Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
•Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure a stable supply of goods and services.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and quality assurance.
•Generate regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and key performance indicators.
•Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
•Ensuring proper stock levels, ordering products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
•Building and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
•Leading and supervising a team of wholesale operations.( Drivers, warehouse staff...)
•Coordinating the logistics of product distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to wholesale clients.
•Creating and issuing invoices to customers in a timely manner.
•Monitoring and tracking customer payments to ensure timely and complete payments.
•Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and any billing-related concerns.
•Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of catering supplies and equipment.
•Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
•Coordinate with catering teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
•Conduct regular inspections of catering supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
•Plan and coordinate logistics for the efficient transportation of catering supplies.
•Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
•Lead and manage warehouse staff(45 staff), providing guidance and support.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
•Ensure all equipment is in good working condition to support warehouse operations.
•Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
•Generate regular reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics.
•Analyze cost data and identify opportunities for cost savings.
•Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with key vendors.
•Track order status and coordinate delivery schedules.
•Assist in researching and recommending alternative sources for materials or services.
•Collaborate with the Procurement Manager in negotiations for favorable terms, including pricing, discounts, and contract terms.
•Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels.
•Contribute to minimizing excess inventory and preventing stockouts.
•Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and logistics.
• Delegate assignments to warehouse and inventory clerks
• Distributing From Warehouse To Site Kitchens (Feeding 9000 People, In 5 Camps)
• Coordinating With SGC Main Base For Receiving Of Barges And Containers For Site.
• Managing The Distribution Of Containers And Food Items For All Camps On Site.
• Arrange The Transportation For Delivering The Goods To The Camp
• Ensures that all subordinate employees work efficiently.
• Accepts and signs for deliveries to the warehouse
• Assists in unloading new supplies.
• Organized inventory around the warehouse.
• Tracks all store or company inventory
• Uses computerized inventory software to maintain records of all products and supplies.
• Ensures that sales records line up with physical inventory.
• Oversees the processing of customer orders.
• Ensures that all orders are delivered to customers in a timely fashion.
• Addresses and resolves any issues with delayed shipments.
• Maintains and manages delivery schedule.
• Ensures that all shipping and ordering deadlines are met.
