1. New Business Development
*Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
*Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
*Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
*Plan approaches and pitches.
*Participate in pricing the solution/service.
2. Client Retention
*Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
*Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
*Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
3. Business Development Planning
*Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
*Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
*Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
*Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
4. Client Servicing for Newly Acquired Accounts
*Service a newly acquired account until the account is transferred to client servicing (1-‐2 Months)
*Service project based accounts (One-‐time project accounts)
*Attend strategic client servicing meetings when senior managers are present form the client side
5.Management and Research
*Submit weekly progress reports (APS) and ensure data is accurate.
*Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s Track System or other sales management system.
*Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
*Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
*Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
*Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
*Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
*Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.

Researcher at AVS partnering with Arab Thought Foundation, in the field of Employee Volunteer. I started collecting data about Employee Volunteer in the Arab region, then I started calling companies I found to invite them for applying the survey we did.
Managing Employee Volunteer program by searching companies involved in CSR and Employee Volunteer to participate in the conference held at UNESCO Beirut. Also, I contacted CSR managers to invite them for the conference. Finally, I managed the event which is 4 days conference at UNESCO.
