• Preparing the payroll sheet & vacation allowances for the company
employees.
• Monitoring purchasing activity along with inventory.
• Monthly review the inventory records in the warehouse.

statements for the company and its subsidiaries with related disclosures, as
the regulatory Authority rules.
• Observe Bank Statements, prepare & observe the cash flow.
• Management reports related to companys results & assets evaluations
• Observe the reports submitted to the regulatory Authorities ( Capital Market
Authority, Boursa Kuwait, Securities & Commodities Authority - Ministry of
Finance & Ministry of Commerce & Industry).

• All working related to issue the Audited / reviewed the companys financial
statements for the company and its subsidiaries with related disclosures, as
the regulatory Authority rules.

• Observe the reports submitted to the regulatory Authorities ( Capital Market
Authority, Boursa Kuwait, Securities & Commodities Authority - Dubai, Dubai
Financial Market, The Central Bank of Kuwait, Ministry of Finance & Ministry of
Commerce & Industry).
• Co-prepare the annual report for the shareholders.

• General Assembly meetings & Others:
Prepare for the AGM (& EGM) and the BOD Meetings and follow up with
Kuwait Stock Exchange, Ministry Of Commerce &Industry, Ministry Of
Finance, Social Securities, KFAS and National Labor Support

in the accounting department:
• Review the daily cash report which including cash sales from all points of
sales (Showrooms) and reconciled with the daily cash collection report, which
is prepared by the cashier.
• Post the credit cards sales collected from the bank & allocate them with
the report prepared by the point of sales return.
• Transfer all the purchases invoices to their related supplier accounts to
prepare the supplier statement of account for the settling purposes.
