Define, map and manage user stories and business requirements throughout the institute.
Conduct annual market researches on new educational and operational trends in the sector and identify new business opportunities
Own, generate and present statistical reports used in assessing/setting the strategic plan and KPIs of the institute.
Monitor and track the KPI achievement levels against targets, propose correction methods and manage the change processes
Provide high level analysis to different internal/external constituents using a variety of biographical, organizational and financial analytics and resources.
Perform regular benchmarking exercises against key local/global peer institutes.
Communicate results to senior/front line officers and respond to inquiries.
Support marketing and strategic management efforts with analytical research and give data supported recommendations.

Position AUS as the University of Choice for top government/private companies, C-level individuals and other potential partners.
Identify, engage and manage a portfolio of potential prominent Partners/Donors.
Manage a portfolio of 85+ Multinational and local companies
Develop multiple funds to secure agreed upon yearly financial targets (e.g. the Alumni Scholarship Fund, Academic sponsorship funds, Professional Event funds... etc.)
Propose, negotiate and finalize Partnership Agreements & MoUs with different public/private constituents through a consultative approach.
Outreach to different communities and market AUS and its professional services
Monitor and manage the lifecycle of different collaboration projects with industry partners.
Organize & Co-Organize international professional conferences and events (e.g. MENA Economic Forum - Marseille, France, Philanthropy in Higher Education and Responsible Social Giving - Dubai, UAE, Arab International Women Forum- Sharjah, UAE and many more) and secure participations/sponsorships for them.
Conduct and organize career development sessions for Senior Students and Alumni (e.g. mock up interviews, CV writing workshops, interview skills seminars, one-to-one career advising sessions and job search preparation days)
Host senior industry representatives in development workshops/lecture series
Secure job opportunities and host recruitment campaigns for AUS graduates with multinational companies
Served on the Strategic Planning committee of the American University of Sharjah
Designed, technical requirement writing and implemented the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) as well as the CRM System.
Establish and manage different communication channels with AUS Alumni as well as professional partners.
Manage the office resources (website, Document Management System and CRM) and ensure that those resources are coherent, synchronized and free of redundant data.
Prepare requirements and specifications for many IT related projects within the Office of Development and ensure delivering the project on time.
