Plus meeting with clients in order to take new requirement on the project, and being there and supervise on testing and final touches. Plus so many tasks.

: I was the primary business contact for the client and responsible for clients satisfaction, I was expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent clients needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality, in addition to some QA activity such as being responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance .

primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation, prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them, respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner, liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints .

generate leads and new opportunities, meets sales target and exceed, perform presales activities including writing proposals and quotations, try to explain to the customer about the benefits of working with us, plus what we can do to improve his work
