My rol was to supervise the gates for transporting spectators to and from the
stadiums and to make this matter easier for them with the other supervisors, and to
make sure that all the marshal was in their positions in full clothes and to give them all
the necessary information for the spectators
my role is in charge of Operations pertaining to maintenance activities including but
not limited to planning, implementation and management of maintenance plans of all
Facilities. Ensure least failures in service related issues with maximum utilization of
available resources adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Support the Manager
Facilities in all aspects of operations related to day to day maintenance and Project
works of Commercial buildings. Some of the role's responsibilities include:
* Setting objectives, plan development and performance review of facility operations
from maintenance point of view.
* Plan and manage activities in accordance with the relevant standard operating
procedures for day to day as well as for all emergency situations.
* Visit the site to the properties and carry out thorough inspection and prepare site
inspection report of defects.
*Inspect the Building equipment / system and provide recommendation to the
Management for upgrading.
*Replacing of the equipment, if required.
*Communicate with high level stakeholders and tenants on all matters related to
Facilities Maintenance.
As a leading furniture and interior showroom in the Kingdom of Bahrain, AJM
Kooheji had a large premium collection of furniture, carpet, flooring options,
curtains, paint, wall paper, lighting options, among other customizable
décor items. My role in the company was as follows:
*Sales of all the showroom products
*Quotations and invoice preparation to the clients
*After sales and customer services
*Dealing with suppliers and providing them with measurements
*Liaising with the designer to portray the requirements of the client
*Upholstery of the textiles customized to the clients requirements
The company was a leading textile trading company in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. My job description consisted of the following:
1. Understanding the many textile fabric types and features to be able to consult to the clients
2. Sales of textile in the 3 locations of the company (Jeddah, Khobar and Dammam)
3. Supervise the necessary display items and catalogues for the company branches
