•Contribute to identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and development of the department referencing ITIL and COBIT frameworks, Appling these standards and procedures in day-to-day operations to ensure compliance.

•Implemented the section's operational plans and ensured that departmental objectives are delivered to time and with-in budget.

•Evaluate technical proposals and recommend the selection of vendors POC and third party service providers to meet the company’s operational needs.

•Maintaining and managing IT hardware to the required standards and provide users with training and second level support to resolve operational problems timely and efficiently.

•Maintain SLA-required availability and performance of production systems.

•Provide implementation support to ensure that all major applications, networks and hardware are operated effectively and service levels are met.

•Installation, configuration & managing Windows Server Active Directory.

•Provide help desk support and remote technical troubleshooting.

•Managing clients for Remote connectivity, VPN setup and Backup solutions.

•Troubleshoot Citrix problems and provide support for Citrix users based in various locations.

•Installation, Configuration and supporting end users in an enterprise in Lotus Notes / Domino, Sametime and Traveler.

•Assisting in Administering and Managing BlackBerry users using BlackBerry Enterprise 5.0.x and 10.x.

•Assisting in Administering Symantec Endpoint protection ver. 12.1.

•Cisco IP Telephony: Managing (CUCM) user accounts, permissions and extensions.

•Managing Cisco (WCS) user credentials for WiFi networks and internet guest users.

•Administering CCTV BOSCH IP cameras server and managing cameras via DiBos.

•Administering access door control system server and managing the entire system.

•Administering TIME ATTENDANCE SYSTEM server (Application + Database) and Hardware related devices, also assisting in integration with third party applications ex: (payroll and email)

•Assisting in Administering Digital Fax server by creating users and assigning privileges, also monitoring running services.
