• Responsible for securing the FIDIC Subcontract of SAR 112, 733, 551.00 with the Contractor RCC and the Employer Jabal Omar Project.
• Contribute in placing schedule for manufacturing, providing, and installing alongside with suppliers and providers to insure completion and hand over of the works in accordance to the time line.
• Review contractual performance to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts, identify conflicts variation requiring resolution, and/or Variation Orders.
• Working as information provider to Petunia’s lawyer and Arbitrator in the conflict arose with the Contractor RCC that urged the two parties to refer to the Arbitration in May 2018.
• Playing principal role in the conflict between RCC and Petunia as a helper in preparing the lawyer pleadings, and as a monitor of all the documents submitted to the Arbitration.
• Succeeded together with the defense team to explain clearly to the Arbitration Committee and to the appointed Engineering Expert the fairness of Petunia ask for money seized by RCC. That led to a decision issued by the Arbitration on March 30, 2019 in favor of Petunia.
