Main Duties

Service Manager - Financial Accounting
• Follow up receiving documents and invoices from the company’s sites and branches on monthly basis to ensure the closing dates.
• Handles and controls the flow of accounting between subordinates.
• Payroll: Distribution, net to pay, allowances and deductions. Control and approve posting to G/L.
• Checking bank vouchers and preparing the bank reconciliation on the end of the month.
• Follow up supplier documents and balances.
• Follow up foreign purchases invoices control and approve.
• Follow up inter-sites billings.
• Supervises the preparation of journal vouchers and approves them.
• Receive and control monthly Store in and out in addition to
year-end inventory reconciliation with G/L.
• Coordinates with the cost accounting and cost control sections.
• Coordinates with other accounting sections and branches for inter-billing purposes.
• Supervises monthly, mid-year, and end of-year closing.
• Receiving trial balances from out-side branches control and approve posting to G/L.
• Performs other required duties.
