I worked as a Manager at KPMG Advisory Saudi Arabia and my main role was to provide direct professional management consultancy and advisory services to clients. I was in charge of many management roles in PMO & VRO offices (Vision2030) managing initiatives, RFPs, projects and related risks / Issues with many government clients and my job responsibilities included the following:

- I consulted MCIT NDU (National Digitization Unit) and supported their digital transformation plans in addition to defining & acquiring turnkey solution to automate all operation and management activities of the national committee and sub-committees for digital transformation.

- I lead operating model assessment and implementation of the targeted model while assisting the advisor of Minister of Justice for projects. Tasks included reorganization, communication plan, roles definition, process reengineering with SLAs and KPIs; in addition to recruiting technical support team and assigning new GM & department managers, as well as empowering and assisting PM team.

- I also played the portfolio manager role at Ministry of Justice, where I led 4 construction programs (2.6B.SR ) to build courts in 72 locations over KSA with around 20 project managers and multiple contractors & consultants. In addition I led the implementation of Bechtel Mashroat stage-gate process including dashboard setup and KPI data for different projects and stages.

- I assisted Ministry of Housing VRO team in handling large Eskan projects to deliver housing units to entitled beneficiaries. Responsibilities included tracking main projects activities and managing risks and issues with respective mitigation plans at each stage starting from land sourcing, financing and Real Estate development and followed by infrastructure & public services projects until units delivery.

Solutions Manager – Sales & Project Management at Site Technology

My main responsibility and objectives are as follows :
- Leading project teams to deliver and upgrade GSM sites and MW BH network and, in parallel, to maximize customer satisfaction within targeted time schedule and quality requirements.

This includes assisting the director in managing the department teams and projects in addition to enhancing the organization structure and implementing specialized processes & procedures for enhanced department operation and better team cooperation, coordination and professional reporting and as well.

My main duty is planning and managing the technical department teams and activities to deliver better products and services both internally and to customers and partners. The department objective is to deliver MTS customers a complete IT solution for managing direct van-sales and pre-sales orders and all route sales operations like invoicing, promotions, stock control, credit control and collection for direct sales and distribution companies. The solutions are made using Intermec Hand Held computers and mobile printers, RP32 front-end and Back-office applications with many technologies used like Barcode, Ethernet, RF access points and GPS.

My responsibility is to deliver the total IT solution & support services and covers software implementation, project management, software analysis & development, ERP integration, hardware installations & maintenance, trainimg and after-sales technical support as well as pre-sales support (bids, customer presentations and Gap analysis). These services were provided for multiple projects in parallel and to many local and regional customers like Pepsi international and KSA local Pepsi bottlers (ALJomaih, AlGosaibi and SIPCO), British American Tobacco BAT (Kuwait, Jordan, KSA and Egypt), Binzagr, Halwani Brothers, AbulJadayel, Nadec, Nada, Basamh, Al-Rai and many other customers.

My other duties include managing liaison and providing technical support services to other Intermec partners in KSA through the IGSP program (Intermec Global Services program) and to the Intermec AIT-III ten years program with the American government.

The technical department consists of more than 20 technical persons across the kingdom and structured into 4 main teams as follows: The Project Management & System Analysis team, the Front-end Software Development team, the Back-end Software Development team and the Hardware Maintenance and Support team.

2- Lead Acceptance Coordinator: My responsibility was to manage the customer acceptance process of the Kingdom wide Long Distance and Junction Networks using Fiber Optic and Digital MicroWave Transmission Equipment. The process Starts after initial equipment Installation and passes through many phases like clearing of outstanding issues after preliminary acceptance and starting the final evaluation and ring testing period to reach final acceptance of the customer and total project Close-out.
