Controls Inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Store Goods in warehouse accordingly to the company’s procedures and policies, and update data accordingly warehouse management solution.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting of the company’s assets.
Liaising closely with the Finance department regarding Assets code & management solution and Fixed Assets Module in Oracle ERP.
Weekly data report on Asset Management.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Liaising with the departments for taxi reservation, courier and shipping, internal drivers request.
Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Implementing and overseeing security operations.
Recording sales and preparing monthly sales report.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Control Production cycle in lighting and fabric department.
check and compare goods received with purchase invoices bills of lading purchase orders and requisitions.
perform physical inventories.
