9- Prepares to ask the customers the fees and interest for their loans
10- Prepares the final reports by collection and analysing customers information
Daily update of the system/program to be displayed in the plasma TV at the client’s end (their office/working place), such as update the videos, jokes of the day, football scores, and other related materials. Analyse one of the client’s accounts, which is KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), mainly to ensure their feedbacks and enquiries are answered.
