• Launch, implement and measure the Model Store Project 3.0 across 13 countries in 41 stores from a visual merchandising perspective to ensure brand image represented and maintained as per global guidelines - GCC countries came in 1st & 2nd places with FPST increase by 21%.
•Lead the VM training for the Kingdom Project and support expansion in KSA and ensure a smooth transition of staff with the Saudization transition including on boarding and upskilling over a period of 6 months.
•Layout reshaping for all franchise doors in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Bahrain to increase Net sales and be more consumer focused -sales increased approx. +15 %.
