Main Duties

• Handling all Help Desk issues
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups)

Troubleshooting PCs, network issues and VOIP
-Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks, in-house and cloud servers include VMware and corporate solutions such as Zoho
-Participate in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, intrusion, web usage/monitoring, design, and acquisition of servers
-Install, modify, enhance, test, and implement standard configurations for the deployment of workstations, servers, (both Virtual and physical), and other network components and client software
-Provide on-site network support for divisional offices and remote hearing locations
-Resolve problems reported by end users
