•Creating ideas for new product development (Assets, Liabilities, and Commission based products) and enhancements on outstanding product structuring this role is including but not limited to the following.
-Conducting marketing intelligence.
- Building reports using business intelligence and Excel packs.
-Preparing PDD (Product Development Document) for new products in order to obtain proper approvals.
-Developing marketing plan.
-Preparing Fatwa sheet (to Shar’ia controller) for new products and for any amendments in outstanding products (if needed).
•Management of outstanding products (Assets, liabilities, and banking services) and campaigns.
•Reporting products performance dashboard to ALCO.
•Enhance Business Banking proposition for all segments (retail, SME, and Corporate)
•Implementing periodic market scan for Islamic and conventional banks products.
• Update knowledge on new developments / rules & regulations at trade front.
•Assist in preparation of policies and procedures centric to Business banking
•Conduct training for introducing new products.
•Managing product development team.
•Proactively assist in developing products which satisfy corporate client’s needs.
•Support RMs to finalize Credit, Treasury, and Investment deals.
•Liaison with various departments to ensure closure of deals.
• Ensure revenue generation through various channels.
•Provide ongoing business support and product expertise to the RMs in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
•Ensure implementation of the policies and procedures to maximize productivity.
•Report periodic dashboard for corporate performance (Assets/Liabilities/commissions) to executive management and CEO.
•Manage and enhance the existing portfolio and solicit new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial target.
• Establish new borrowing relationships for Corporate Banking preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures.
•Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings
•Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis field visits and call reports.
