Main Responsibilities :
- Design and develop an aggregation layer to answers analytical business questions.
- Design analysis reports for different departments (e.g. Marketing, sales, customer care and finance) using businessobjects tools.

- Act as business analyst to transform business requirements to technical requirements and implement it.
Projects :
- BusinessObjects Meta Data : build a metadata for BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2 reports ( including webi, crystal and deski ) using business objects java SDK and creating a set of reports to monitor DWH Reports profiles ( report owner, creation date, promotes, last schedule date, last refresh date and report queries) . Role: Solution Architect.
- BusinessObjects Integration: build businessobjects URL structure to integrate businessobjects reports to another application (embedded reports). Role: Solution Architect.
- Trade Commission Model: build a presentation layer and set of reports that contain trade commission business logic and integrate it to trade commission applications. Role: Solution Architect.
- Power User: enable business users in different departments (Marketing, sales and customer care ) to build their reports on the fly without any technical background through building a businessobjects universe with a lot of objects that cover business needs . Role: System Analyst.
Main Responsibilities :
- Enhance reports running time using oracle tuning hints.
- Analyze customer information and behavior to provide the needed analytics to support the business decision makers.
- Analyze the customer spend life cycle.
- Responsible for the Market analysis for market Moves and Base behavior changes
- Analyze the other Competitors promos to provide full assessments about the market status.
- Provide the pre-assessments for the prepaid Segmentations to identify the prepaid behavior based on their revenue and tenure.
- Analyze the customer life Cycle to obtain the most profitable decisions.
- Gather business requirements and translate it to technical requirements.
- Investigate in variance and technical issues in data warehouse database.
- Provide new logical Models and Data Marts to obtain different views of information.
