Project: Third Saudi Expansion of Holy Makkah Haram & Surrounding Areas.
Project Brief:
Increasing the capacity of Masjid haram (Mataf & Msa’a).
Create a line / sewer tunnel internal diameter of 2800 mm and the length of about 4.64 km.
Create a line / pedestrian tunnel internal diameter of 14000 - 16000 mm and the length of about 7.23 km.
Construct several of services buildings and central services station.

Review and manage the customer’s enquiry process into a costed workable solution.
Submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentations and provide answers/responses to any subsequent request for qualifications.
Develop costing as part of the quotation process.

Reviewing, Scheduling &Planning for all Activity at site.
Progress meeting with the owner representative and the consultant.
Preparing weekly& monthly report.
Preparing monthly payments applications.
Monitoring the cost accounting report for the project.
Checking and Approved all subcontractors invoice.
Preparing variation orders related to the additional works.

KEMPINSKI TOWER at Jeddah, consist of a 65 storey building, with three underground basements and a 7 storey podium, The activities for the construction of the KEMPINSKI TOWER comprise piling, Shoring (Diaphragm Wall), grouting works - grout blanket plug and excavation works, including all related work underground.
Overseeing the completion of the work.
Review schedules inventory quantities for all items of site work.
Follow all the work of internal and external finishes.
Attending all meeting & prepare minutes of meeting.
