Electrical Maintenance Engineer & operation in Zahran Holding Company, One of largest Operations & Maintenance Company in KSA, responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of all the medium voltage system in King Saud University project.
Projects:
* King Saud University Project - Riyadh (Jan 2013 - till date)
Electrical Maintenance Engineer in one of the largest projects in Saudi Arabia, KSU in Riyadh, with total built-up area of approx. 1, 000, 000 m2.
Responsible for the work of Electrical Maintenance & Testing of the following equipment in following buildings:
• Central Utilities Services Complex (CUSC) that building is the main plant of the university including:
- 13.8KV (M.V.) Switchgears, Automatic transfer switches (ATS 13.8 KV).
- 24 MVA Gas Turbine (4 Units)
- Double ended substation (13.8 KV / 4.16 KV), double ended substations (13.8 KV / 0.4 KV),
- Seven Water cooled chillers (each 5000 Ton ), and Seven Cooling towers.
• Electrical Substations in All Buildings in the Project RESPONSIBLE for Periodic Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance & Testing for all the Equipments of substations (SWG, Transformers and MDBs)
Job Duties:
Maintenance for all equipment of “Low Voltage Systems and Medium Voltage Systems “
Maintenance & Testing of MV (13.8 KV) Switchgears (ATS Panels, Incoming feeders & Outgoing feeders).
Installation of M.V. routing (from the outgoing feeders of Main switchgears to ATS Panels to
All buildings of project and Pulling M.V. Cables (8.7/15 KV) in the Utility tunnel.
Maintenance & Testing of Distribution Transformers (13.8 KV / 4.16 KV) and (13.8 KV / 0.4 KV)
Preparing all administrative Work related to technical problems.
Testing for the Medium Voltage using the following instruments:
- PFL 22M 1500 (Cable fault locator)
- Megger MIT520 (insulation test)
- Circuit Breaker Analyzer.
- Baker Surge Insulation Tester.
- CPC 100(Multi-functional primary test system for substation commissioning and maintenance)
- SMRT36 (Relay and Protection Test Equipment)
Testing And Maintenance Engineer for Medium Voltage Network (11 KV).
Job Duties:
Testing & maintenance for Medium Voltage Network 11 KV.
Periodic & Corrective Maintenance for Medium Voltage Substations.
Responsible for Cables fault location using HDW Test Van & SebaKMT Test Van including these instruments:
- Teleflex reflectometer.
- DC test unit up to 80 kV.
- Surge Wave Generator 8, 16, 32 kV
- 15 kV burn unit.
- 40 kv VLF cable tester.
- SebaKMT digiphone.
