Identifying project needs, deputing qualified team members, managing budgets, overseeing every aspect of construction phases. • Directing & controlling all the team members in the project and guide them to adopt and implement the best practices intent to a better outcome of the project in a dedicated way. • Creating and executing project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope . • Planning, scheduling and assigning tasks to Project Engineers and working closely with related engineering, construction, HSE and OA/QC department. • Communicating effectively with client/consultant, all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. • Routing work between all responsible people in all stages of development • • Conveying project changes and updates to appropriate team members . • Facilitating team and client meetings to review work • • Preparing regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary. • Reviewing deliverable s prepared by team before presenting to client • • Identifying and developing solutions to correct project function deficiencies . • Managing both Internal and external approvals . • Monitoring scopes creep Andre-scopes projects if necessary • • Advancing project progress and performance improvement throughout the organization.
