- Giving the clients technical training for using our products.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance. - Offering Post-sales support services.
- Registering and following up on payments with clients.
- Responsible for some administrative work.
- Post sales follow ups on technical issues.
- Arranging our inventory.
- Recording and documenting all Clients data and our activities for following up on the opportunities we have with our clients on CRM.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from Cortec products. (Travelling included)
- Calculating client quotations.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how Cortec products can meet client needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Prepare work permits and JSA for each operation done on rig.
- Work on safety audits done by supervisors and managers.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation on all operations and stop cards
- Prepare safety drills on emergency cases (BOP-H2S-Fire-First aid).
- Prepare safety instructions for rig move.
- Prepare all safety instructions before and after working on new wells.
- Making daily job activity and determining missing materials for tanks.
- Checking on tanks drawings with technical office.
- Solving safety problems facing tanks job and conducting final inspection.
