Job Responsibilities:
Product Management:
• Develop price strategy and inter-company pricing policies for transformers.
• Develop multi-year product plans and manage the marketing activities associated with product development.
• Brand management for product portfolio.
• Develop and coordinate commercialization plans for new products.
• Assist with annual strategic planning and M&A planning.
• Support the identification and definition of clear and differentiable value-propositions for specific product and market segments.
• Support the development of promotional and selling tools to effectively drive brand awareness, sales force knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Collect and maintain market data to determine pricing.
Sales Support:
• Responsible for sales and tendering in allocated markets from early pursuit phase until the final negotiation, contract signature and handover to execution team.
• Prepare and ensure on time and complete technical and commercial tender submittal to the customer and lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Work out the sales strategy for the tenders by selecting the winning solution, both commercially and technically.
• Analyzed data regarding the offer/order and records.
• Provide information to the risk review process in accordance engineering proposals that meet customers technical requirements.
• Develop new market opportunities supporting other managers/ sales.
• Manage and collaborate with front-end sales team.
• Preparation of technical and financial aspects of the offer, marketing materials to on sell service range indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Analyze and evaluate specific technical issues and associated risks.
• Preparation the initial cost for the BOM and send to costing department to get the transformer total cost.
• Provide technical support to Sales Managers.
• Lost tender analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for electrical design for Power Transformers (up to 250MVA / 245kV Class), o Network Transformer.
Tender Design:
• Interpreting customer specifications.
• Preparing optimum designs as per customer request and necessary standards.
• Cost Estimates.
• Final order design: Preparing the final design by making the electrical design calculations below:
• Core type, dimensions determination and calculation of thermal heating and voltage of core.
• Insulation level, winding type, copper type, copper dimensions determination.
• Winding heating, Impedance, Short circuit endurance calculation.
• Checking impulse test endurance.
• Selection of bushing, tap changer and to place the order of critical materials like bushing, tap changer and copper.
• Selection of monitoring devices as customer specifications and place order.
• Winding insulation design.
• Major insulation design.
• Preparing the winding insulation, copper and major insulation drawings and sending to the material planning.
• To place order of insulation materials.
