Assigning qualified Subcontractors and crews to perform the required activities
organizing the various professional people working on a project
Managing the design phase for R7-F5 to ensure required deliverables for site

- Uptown Cairo - Infrastructure Package - Water Tank 10, 000 Cu.m + Ancillary Works ( 20 Million EGP)
- Uptown Cairo - Key Stone Works ( 20 Million EGP)
- Asmarat Project - Nissan Showroom and Maintenance Building ( 8 Million EGP)
- SODIC Westtown - Key Stone Works ( 4 Million EGP)
Job Description:
• agreeing project objectives
• representing the client's interest
• providing independent advice on the management of projects
• organizing the various professional people working on a project
• risk assessment
• making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• making sure the quality standards are met
• using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress
• recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• accounting, costing and billing
• Approving work schedules, mobilization and demobilization areas
• Procurement plans
• All Technical Office disciplines' (planning-controlling and forecasting, contract administration, procurement, Quantity Surveying, invoicing, payment certificates, shop drawings, following up project schedule, cost control, studying new tenders, top management reports…)
• Reviewing and advising contracts and sub-contracts agrrements
• Monitoring and controlling the project during the execution process and study the impact of any change requests during this process on all the project phases.
• Monitoring Indicated Outcome Reports and adding input
• Controlling and organizing variation orders raised to the client and ensuring that all disciplines are covered without duplication
• Studying, assessing and advising variation orders raised from subcontractors
• Project coordination between site and head office for major activities
As a Project Engineer (Maintenance):
• Assets listings and maintenance sheets
• Daily checklists on all systems
• Prompt response to all maintenance requests and keeping records
• Preparation of snag list and following up the progress
• Studying constructability and feasibility of modifications requests received from Branch Managers.
As a Project Engineer (Construction):
• Coordination between main contractors
• Preparation of weekly progress reports
• Assuring conformance to drawings, specifications and time schedule
• Clearing all present and expected construction obstacles
• Checking submitted As-Built drawings
As a Procurement Engineer:
• Issuing purchase orders and contract agreements
• Reviewing tender documents before issuance to Tenderers.
• Pre-Tender estimate based on the principle of matching between targeted cost and current market rates.
• Interviewing nominated contractors
• Preparing checklists, necessary remarks and selection criterion suiting Egyptian market and our targets as a client.
• Technical and financial comparisons
• Assisting the Banks' Credit department through studying feasibility studies submitted by investors requesting loans for real estate project through fair market assessment
• Preparing, submitting and following up approvals of shop drawings and payment certificates
• Submitting updated time schedules according to site conditions
• Monitoring and controlling the project during the execution process and study the impact of any change requests during this process on all project activities
• Preparation of monthly progress reports and look ahead schedules
• Contract administration
• Plan and control the purchases and acquisitions along the project lifetime

Job Description:
• Supervise the construction site
• Manage and organize all site of work (Navigation lock)
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Assurance and strictly adhering to safety procedures
• Controlling the erection cost with the budget assigned to the project
• Maintaining productivity rates to meet targeted project schedule
• Adoption of alternative construction solutions and creative methods statement where applicable
• Resolving any unexpected problems related to construction sequence
