JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Managing all parts of the interior fit out projects by planning the work and efficiently uses all resources in organizing the site.
•Overseeing building work and insure the completion of project within the deadline.
•Appling and process to get permits for the project from the Dubai municipality systems.
•Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials & agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the project.
•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
•Supervising contracted staff and insure day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
•Ensuring work and materials meet agreed specifications, budgets or timelines.
•Overseeing quality control on site and ensuring site safety.
