• I assigned there firstly as a maintenance engineer in Riyadh TV building project which was constructed by the Joint Venture of DYWIDAGE & SIEMENS German Companies and all the facilities were under their supervision. I worked there in chillers station with a good and very tight team (I' am still remember them) from different nationalities. The project handed over after 3 years.
• Then after I assigned as a Section Engineer in a new project for maintenance and operation
of Saudi PTT buildings (Post, Telephone & Telegram) all over the kingdom (the project
divided into 3 regions - each region divided into 2 sections) - So, I was in charge of the
second section in the Western Region area. One of the main sites I was in charge is the
Telecommunication institute in Jeddah. The project as a whole was under complete supervision of Bell Canada Co. (The builder of PTT in Saudi Arabia).Bell Canada was evaluating the company & the company staff starting from nominating the assignees up to continues evaluations during duty ( I passed all). We were applying the PMR (preventive maintenance routines) designated by Bell Canada. The project handed over after 3 years.
• Then after I assigned as a project manager to a new project in Riyadh for total facilities management of Prince Salman Hospital. As we are near of head office in Riyadh this help us to facilitate the needed outsource for the project furthermore the successful team helped to achieve the project targets. The project handed over after 4 years.
• During my service I achieved some variations for the company benefits :
o Installation of stand-by diesel generators station (turn-key) for King Faisal Hospital in Taif.
o Installation of 500 Kw transformer & ATS panel for Al-azizia Clinic in Mecca
o Replacement of 4x250 Ton chillers & chilled water pipes for telecommunication institute in Jeddah
