Responsible for providing technical assistance and advising computer end users.(100 users)
• In-charge of resolving daily users’ hardware and software problems,
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and Applications
• Installing, Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Kaspersky endpoint security and Security agent vs. 10
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Responsible for taking backups to avoid any loss of data and restoring lost data when needed
• Maintain system back up cycle
• Maintain WSUS up to date
• Add/remove client PCs in active directory
• Trouble shoot outlook issues
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot IBM POS systems
• Perform monthly offline test for SMA servers
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot network printers
• Precise documentations of supplier delivery reports, exit materials, disposal assets, LPO, Supplier Service reports and other daily reports
• Serve as a primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers
• Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies
• Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per standard management
• Perform asset inventory as needed
• Log incidents in ITAM(IT ASSET MANAGEMENT-system)
