•Developed a complete Infertility Module for a Maternity and Children’s Hospital in Saudi Arabia. This has been launched successfully, leading to measurable analytic improvements in workflows and standardized documentation within the Infertility Department.
•Identified and developed training needs for the Organization by creating an online Internal Training program, to develop competencies for new staff and maintain and update the knowledge of current staff. The program was piloted successfully in the Middle East office and implemented across all offices globally. This has standardized and reduced time to train new employees, and improved core knowledge amongst staff.
•My Medical training and experience has allowed me to develop unique transferable skills, which include working with teams to achieve best possible outcomes and an ability to deliver and make decisions in high pressure situations.
•Internist providing acute medical care to inpatients, outpatients and Accident and Emergency Patients.
•Worked on the development and implementation of I-SEHA, the first National Electronic Health System that has been launched in all public Health facilities in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Reporting project updates to the Minister of State for Defense Affairs.
•Member of The Health Information Committee, charged with implementing the I-SEHA project.
•Established General and Quality policies and procedures for the newly opened Hospital.
•Established and developed the Internal Medicine Department, by creating a structure and policies and procedures related to the Department.
•Managed on call and specialty rotas for a group of 10 doctors and 5 interns.
•Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons-Ireland for the Masters in Healthcare Management Program.
•Completed Rotations across the Hospital’s main clinical departments, gaining clinical experience and a general understanding of Hospital operations.
