RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project management from initiation through to completion ensuring milestones are met, and final completion 100% on target
• Reviewing contracts, suggest amendments and revisions to fulfil stakeholder requirements and guarantee delivery of project objectives
• Define project milestones & target schedules for different project stages using Primavera P6 & incorporating input from cross-functional teams
• Performing periodic project updates aligned to project master schedule
• Monitoring project progress at specific intervals to identify and highlighting any issues to be addressed before final project delivery
• Management of project budgets with earned value analysis (EVA) to track/evaluate costs, identify deviations, recommend corrective actions
• Periodic reporting on project progress & status of project activities, highlighting areas of concern requiring management action
• Estimating resource requirements, scheduling, cost engineering, reviewing of drawings & design reports
• Reviewing measurement of work, verifying payment certificates from contractors ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Participating in project reviews, communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project milestones and schedules
• Contributing to pre- & post-project delivery briefings ensuring systematic implementation of lessons learned & service improvements
