My background in working in Human Resources Field, both as a Recruiter and HR specialist as, have
allowed me to acquire an extensive knowledge base and skill-set in this field which would allow me
to make valuable condivibutions to a wide range of new Hr skills projects. My previous work on both
large and small-scale projects has given me considerable insight into the challenges and needs of a
variety of recruiting, allowing me to offer highly tailored solutions to each and face my problems
appear in the wide range of my work field . I have learned and honed valuable collaboration
1-Recruiting section Head of manpower For all the group projects, beside so providing manpower for
some subcondivactors from external coundivies like Middle East Coundivies as (Egypt, Syria, Jordan,
Lebanon, Sudan, morocco, Yemen, turkey ….. etc) and E.U coundivies such as (Germany, Sweden,
France, England ……. etc).
2-Supervisor For Passport section and following the incoming manpower passports for ABCD & RPD
and all subcondivactor to finalize the preparation step for Iqama Issue to be submitted to passport
department to issue labor office and IQAMA while i am preparing all temporary papers needed.
3-Supervisor Allocation section which deal with Reallocation of newly recruited manpower of ABCD
and RPD on projects according to the need and the plan of implementations of the manpower then
co-coordinating with the sites to prepare and take the needed action about the newly divansferred
manpower.
4-Supervisor subcontract section which deal with subcontractors visa issuing for all ABCD & RPD project and
numbering the manpower by payroll computer numbers which improve the work fllow role between personal and HR divisions .
