Projects Manager / Client Representative: Handling internal & external construction projects portfolio of organization, incl. management of all project phases from design concept to execution supervision, as well as managing consultants, contractors and vendors.

Head of Department: Heading department in charge of engineering and facilities management in charge of 17 branches of organization. Developing policies, processes and procedures and establishing systems to streamline daily operations.

Information Technology HOD & PM: Heading IT department of entire organization and managing IT projects. Managing operations of Hardware & Networks Team to maintain and enhance organization's infrastructure. Managing Software Team projects to develop internal ERP solutions and external systems (website, mobile apps). Developing processes and procedures and established systems to streamline daily operations.

Key Construction Projects:
 Residential Villages - Thailand, Indonesia, Uganda, Burkina Faso - AED 50 Million: Led a team to develop the project brief and detailed cost estimation of four residential villages for poor families across four counties. Headed negotiations with bank to secure funding for the projects.
 Interior refurbishment of company’s HQ - In charge of managing all design phases of the refurbishment and fit-out of the organization’s headquarters in Dubai, including management of the consultants and contractors. In charge of all project phases from contract negotiations to tendering and execution supervision.

Devised trackers and programs to monitor site progress, planning strategies to meet strict schedules and holding workshops to resolve technical and logistical issues. Took charge of the project handover to the client (MERAAS and JUMEIRAH), overseeing quality assurance inspections and resolving final issues with the consultant team and client as the Acting Package Manager.
