- Preparing the quotations with vendors according to project specifications .
- Comparing Between different Vendors according to price and supply time .
 Lead Material control strategy to meet the time schedule.
 Implementing the company procedure
 Received the project materials (GTs and BOP ) .
 Comparing between the actual receiving materials and purchase orders.
 Check The Materials according to the vendor specification and standard.
 Comparing between the materials and project drawings .
 issuing the Material inspection Report (MIR ) and singe it by the owner .
 Coordination on articles to be purchased with the installation team
 Preparation and review materials through engineering drawings
 Managing different vendors with different tasks.
 Inventory for Siemens materials onsite.
 Develop and implement the Inventory and Arrangement Warehouse plan.
 Controlling for receiving, handling and visually inspect for all items received in accordance with the appropriate
Shipping documentation and drawings and storing all material as the vendor´s recommendations.
 Controlling Turn Over spare parts to Owner.
 Controlling initiating of Material Receiving Report (MRR) Form to Owner.
 Initiate Damaged and missing materials form as the procedure.
 Coordinate between Erection work in site and issuing materials from store.
Prepare the spare parts and specials tools Materials to hand over to the owner
