CISCO, AMS ALECATEL, ACI-EM SEMINS, U2000 HUAWI, N2000 NGN, NFM and all software and Application in STC Domain
Providing all Configuration and Activation for any kind of Land Line
And technical support to both, Land line and Special circuit.
Providing monthly, weekly and daily reports, Timesheet, Overtime, evaluation…etc. to all the team that in our project.
I took the responsibility of quality assurance of the deliverables from the team. I also helped and participated in resolving any technical issues faced by team mates and ensure that it is taken care of properly in time. I also took care that any tickets opened for trouble shooting gets closed by proper resolution on time with efficiency.
Installing and configuring CPE WIMAX device home edition.
Providing high-speed connectivity to internet through base-stations.
Upgrading, troubleshooting and maintenance of device through secured software programs.
Installing and configuring LAN & Servers Computer Networks.
Provide all technical support required for networks troubleshooting.
Setup software operation system and required programs.
