• Manage VMware infrastructure environments” VMware vSphere, VMware vCloud director, vRealize Operations Manager”.
• Manage storage environments EMC VNX and HP 3PAR.
• Contact vendors in case of issues and troubleshooting (EMC - HP -VMware).
• Monitor data center systems using VMware vRealize Operations Manager and PRTG.
• Provide weekly and monthly capacity reports.
• Handle incidents with customers, and provide all technical assistance.
• Analyze and resolve problems relating to cloud and virtualization products.
• Perform change management processes on cloud and virtual hosting environment.
