• Outdoor Sales of spare parts and maintenance.
• Make call reports and collect data for market equipments.
• Prepare technical quotations, along with handling all other documentary forms.
• Monitoring store stock for assigned customers.
• Responsible of maintenance for more than 500 machines distributed among four sites over different range of equipments including cranes, earth moving machines, air compressors, generators, trucks, cars, tower lights, man lifters.
• Setting pre-planned maintenance strategies for all machinery service.
• Delivering reports for all machines faults and recommendations.
• Prepare technical spare parts orders, along with handling quotations and all other documentary forms.
• Facilitating smooth order execution & handling machinery troubleshooting and repair.
• Monitoring mechanics work and manage work needs.
• Assembly and disassembly of CAT machines - several models and types.
• Repair of machines components:
o CAT Diesel Engine
o Hydraulic Systems
o Transmission Systems
