- Preparing annual planning budgets for the company and following up the implementation of its provisions through periodic reports
- Prepare cash flow statements and verify that they meet company goals
- Prepare the estimated budgets in cooperation with the departments directors to include them within the annual work plan and work to control their implementation within the plans prepared for this
- Setting up the investment structure and the best financing methods and the lowest cost.
- Follow up the tax situation and judicial disputes and their impact on the accounts
- Follow-up payment of installments and loans and scheduling.
- Making recommendations regarding investments, opportunities, suggestions and alternative assumptions.
- Assist in the introduction and development of new systems and procedures to assist employees in meeting financial rules and achieving their objectives.
- Assist in the development of any internal audit program to ensure that it is subjected to systematic review
- Supervises the implementation of financial and accounting procedures approved by the company.
- Supervises the submission of the financial statements of the company on its scheduled dates and review and submit them to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Working to open cooperation relationship with banks.
- Supervising the preparation of bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis and taking any necessary differences in accordance with the approved procedures and supervising the preparation of the necessary settlement restrictions.
- Provide detailed and updated financial statements and show balances immediately as needed.
- Prepare periodic and necessary reports for senior management and any non-periodic reports that may be requested on time and accurately reflect the true picture of the company's situation.
- Review the settings of the calculations according to the powers and accounting procedures.
- Reviewing company accounts and receivables.
- Estimate the costs of new projects.
- Work as a main point of contact with external auditors to ensure that they have all the information they may need.
