• Coordinating with traffic police with regards to traffic fines, accidents & obtain various permits (sticker & advertisement permit, vehicle tinted sticker approval, Garbage transport permit etc)

• Interviewing the drivers locally & by using skype services for better selection of drivers.

• The infrastructure of transport department have been fully systemized, staff welfare, salary structures have been improved. OT Hours have been controlled.

New process introduced.
• Vehicle maintenance, fuel & extra taxi cost have been reduced by 15% by introduction of Automated Fueling System, Introduction of GPS tracking system.
• Introduction of credit facility for Varies purchases of transport Department. (helping for liquid cash)
